With our Food studio and Academy we take the next step by bringing experienced chefs and Japanese food enthusiast together.

Go on a journey of the art of Yakitori with Amir Omarzai, chef and owner of Yuzu Dining. We begin with a whole chicken and end at the Konro grill.
